Alabaster walked into the arena after resting from the big fight they had gotten into at the tiber. He tapped his ring and it transformed into a 3ft long Imperial Gold Sword. He then looked around for anyone to spar with.

Ashley had been trying to stay away from everyone else. She learned her real dad was the god of death when she was with Lupa. But she still couldn't seem to grasp the concept. She was walking in the darker parts of the sidewalks and when she reached the training area she slipped in. She sighed when she saw someone else there. She just hoped they didn't see her.

The wind ruffled behind Alabaster, and being a Son of Jupiter, he could sense this. Alabaster turned around, looking at the girl in the shadows. "Hey, quite the fighting you did back there at the Tiber, I'm suprised they didn't award you Centurion" said Alabaster, surprised that this girl was scared as it looked. Or maybe she was just playing with him.

Ashley mumbled and looked down. She silently cursed to herself too but manged to make out at least a few words to the boy.
"Thanks... You too.. I wasn't that good..."
She really wanted to get out of what she thought was a situation but she knew she had to train.

Alabaster saw that the girl looked nervous or maybe slightly embarrassed. He walked up to her and put out his hand to try and get for her to shake it. "We didn't get to meet properly.. My name is Alabaster Smith, Son of Jupiter, and you?" Alabaster looked at the girl for any sign of consideration of shaking his hand. And he saw that under her long hair that was covering her face, she was actually beautiful. Dont think about that, you have a girlfriend. Alabaster thought to himself.

Ashley hated this. But she had to overcome her fears, right? She slowly grasped his hand and gently shook it.
"I-I'm Ashley Sojan... Um daughter of Pluto. Now that you know who my dad is you can run or whatever the others do..."
She retracted her hand and made her hair cover her eyes as she looked at the ground.

Alabaster slowly laughed as she said running. "Look, I don't know if It's an offense to you, but I don't find your dad's name that scary." Alabaster put his on her shoulder to try and get her to look up.

Ashley rolled her eyes to look at the boy.
"You're not scared? You're not scared of my dad being the god of death? How?"
She was really confused, most kids would have been running by now.

Alabaster was actually confused, what was so scary about the God of Death he thought to himself. "Maybe it's that I'm a Son of Jupiter? Alabaster said to Ashley. He touched the Electric blue gem in his swords hilt and it turned back into a ring, it popping back around his finger magically. "Why don't we go walk around, I'm new and you are, we might as-well have a look around." Alabaster said cautiously.

This couldn't happen. She knew it couldn't. Everyone hates death, everyone is scared of it, But he's not and she couldn't understand why.
