"well i guess we know why i'm not now" Danny said softly as she was hugging Alabaster. She put her head on his shoulder and looked out at the sun set with him.
"have you ever wondered if this was all a dream, and one day we will just wake up to a life you hate?" Danny didn't get very philosophical often but when she looked a something wonderful she couldnt belive it was really real. It's like when she is with Alabaster or looking at the sun set over the sea, or little things that reminded her of her mermaid friends.

"awww" Danny breathed, even when Alabaster was the most stubborn and overprotective person, he could be extremely romantic. She looked at him and the smirk on his face made it clear that he thought he had her, Danny could sense he was feeling victory of winning her affections over. She decided to take pity on him and put on an award winning smile and love-stuck face and kissed him passionately right there. Once the kiss was was over the just stood there, their foreheads sill touching breathing deeply. It was their first kiss.

Alabaster kissed Danny back. So many thoughts were running through Alabaster's mind like wow or what the heck just happened. Alabaster pulled his forehead away from Danny's and smiled, kissing her on the cheek. He took her hand and started walking with her again, his eyes like they were lost.
