The performance management paradigm talked about in these circles is almost funny, if not scary. It's as if our view of humanity's responsibility for developing information technology and analytics has not changed over the years. Come on guys let's align our plans with what we see every day in the real world. Pay attention to the way we manage business, education and entertainment. Knowledge, judgment and action are distributed and recursive rather than procedural documents.

Let’s take the lessons learned and create a roadmap and find a team of managers willing to try to replicate it.
