I looked in horror. Duplex was always stealing things. Well I guess he learned from the best.
" He doesn't understand. He only speaks Latin. Satis est."
I told him. Almost instantly he dropped the pouch. I pointed towards Eliza. Doop walked over to her pushing the pouch along the way. When he reached her feet he looked up and stared at her apologetically with all four eyes.

Eliza picked up the pouch and looked at the 4 eyes staring at her.
"Well if you don't do it again, we're on good terms." She told the dog.
She then reached two hands down, after looping her pouch, and scratched the top of both heads.
"I don't know if I got the dog's name, or names?"

I smiled at how nicely she treated my pet. I loves people like that. Duplex love it apparently too. His tail was wagging excitedly all over the place.
"Huh?...... Oh his name is Duplex. But everyone just calls him Doop. Isn't that right boy?"
When I said this he jumped around even more excitedly If that was possible.

Eliza smiled.
"Thats an adorable name! I have a dog as well named Lily. But Doop! What a cute nickname!"
She scratched behind one ear of both Doop's heads.

I began to cut off all of the lights. I was almost some closing shop.
"Really? Maybe our dogs can get together sometime."
I said nervously. It was a good idea for the puppy play date but it was really an excuse for me to hang out with Eliza more. I hope she hadn't seen through my plan.

Eliza nodded.
"That sounds awesome! Let me go and get her and we can meet up in the park!"
She looked at MC as he finished closing shop.
"Sound good?" She asked and smiled at him.

I nodded and gave her my goofy smile.
" Yeah sounds great."
All in all it was a pretty good work day. I made a few bucks and a new friend. I would have to work in the armory more often.
